About
Mindy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. Upon graduation she worked for a leading national financial institution where she earned multiple securities licenses and worked with corporate clients and their employees as a Certified Education Communication Specialist. This led her to pursue, along with her love for kids, her passion of teaching others as an elementary public educator for many years in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. During this time, Mindy pursued a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and worked most recently in professional learning as a mentor and coach to new teachers throughout the district.
As an organizational leader, she transitioned her skill set from educational coaching to business coaching in various support roles including scheduling, social media, and driving efficiency in organizational structures. Mindy is always seeking the best processes and approaches to create efficiency and organization with the team.
