Mindy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. Upon graduation she worked for a leading national financial institution where she earned multiple securities licenses and worked with corporate clients and their employees as a Certified Education Communication Specialist. This led her to pursue, along with her love for kids, her passion of teaching others as an elementary public educator for many years in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. During this time, Mindy pursued a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and worked most recently in professional learning as a mentor and coach to new teachers throughout the district.

As an organizational leader, she transitioned her skill set from educational coaching to business coaching in various support roles including scheduling, social media, and driving efficiency in organizational structures. Emily McCollum graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Marketing from May’s Business School. Her knowledge in marketing and sales contributes to her career in real estate and helps during negotiations.  Besides her years at Texas A&M, Emily has lived in the Houston area her entire life. Megan was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona where she attended the University of Arizona for Mechanical Engineering. She has been with her husband for 19 years and they have 2 children together. They moved to Austin, Texas in 2001 and then relocated to Flower Mound to be closer to family in 2005. She got her Real Estate license in 2012 and has always done contract to close or been in a support role.
